About Umami
Umami is a family-run restaurant built on
passion, experience, and a love for good

food.
Our journey began in Eymet, where we
owned and operated a small restaurant.
Encouraged by its success and driven by
our desire to grow, we decided to expand
and create Umami — a space that reflects
our evolution and shared vision.
Our head chef brings over 15 years of
international culinary experience, having
worked across China, Germany, the UK,
and France. His career includes prestigious
establishments such as Hilton Hotels, The
Savoy, Pall Mall Private Members’ Club in
London.

At Umami, we believe great food speaks

for itself. Every dish is crafted with care and
designed to be shared.
